Our Specialized Approach

Our uncompromising commitment to service means that our customers receive professional field service support, attention and timely responses from our thoroughly trained and skilled workforce of more than 140 engineers who are periodically trained for the manufacturers’ latest technologies and upgrades.

Our specialized approach is supported and backed up with our widely distributed original spare part warehouses to decrease the lead time of any service issue to the minimum.

  • First Level FSE (Field Service Engineer): whom are located at client’s city or country to provide a prompt response they need.

  • Second Level TPS (Technical Product Specialist): Is highly trained and skilled personnel providing their service in regional basis to ensure that the FSE are providing our clients with the needed support.

  • Third Level TPM (Technical product manager): are the most skilled with extensive experience with the objective to ensure that the above system is implemented effectively and our service commitments to customers are delivered holistically.
