By using our site, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our site.

You must not use our site if you are under 18 years old.

We recommend that you print a copy of these terms for future reference.

Certain parts of our site are only for providers

Certain areas of our site are marked as being for ‘providers’ only. You must not access these areas of our site if you are not a healthcare or medical professional. These areas of our site contain content aimed at healthcare and medical professionals only.

We do not provide medical advice

The content on our site is provided for general information only. We do not offer medical or professional advice which you should rely on. You must obtain professional or specialist medical advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of our site. This also applies to our Provider Locator tool, which enables you to find information about owners of certain products, where relevant providers have agreed to participate in our Provider Locator tool (“Providers“).

The Provider Locator Tool

For the Provider Locator, the search results that you receive are determined by the criteria you enter as of the date entered. Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on our site (including the Provider Locator tool), we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our site (including the results of the Provider Locator) are accurate, complete or up to date. For example, there may be other providers who are not listed in the Provider Locator who are part of our network of customers. The availability of Providers is also subject to change without notice.

Amico has not vetted the qualifications, experience, or competency of any Providers in the Provider Locator. We do not endorse or make any guarantees, warranties or representations in respect of any Provider. We are unable to comment on any Provider’s ability to provide any services or use our devices. You use the information provided via the Provider Tool at your own risk and you must not use the Provider Locator to verify the credentials of listed providers.

You are solely responsible for your communications with any Provider. Any decisions made by a Provider concerning the appropriateness or course of treatment or whether any service or supply is medically necessary is made solely by that Provider, not us at Amico. We at Amico do not exercise any control or direction over the medical judgment or clinical decisions of any Provider listed in this directory. We do not interfere with the relationship between you and any Provider.

We are not responsible for websites we link to

Where our site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. This includes any links provided through the Provider Locator. Such links should not be interpreted as approval by us of those linked websites or information you may obtain from them.

We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources.
